We offer a wide range of courses with different degree of difficulty, such as Data Science, Web Development, Data Visualization, Microservice, UI, UX and Full Stack Web Development, which are well-suited to different types of students. Some courses are geared towards students with no prior knowledge of the subject. We also offer Executive Training to make the IT management more competent in making business decisions. From absolute beginners to advanced learners, our class admission basic requirement will be university graduate in any disciplines (or with equivalent working experiences).

Upon successful course registration, we encourage students to stay committed to their goals. We do not refund the course fees if the enrolled students no longer wish to pursue the course. Nevertheless, if a class is cancelled due to low enrolment or other exceptional reasons, we will make a full refund to students within 30 days. Venturenix LAB and the trainer reserve the right to withdraw a student’s enrollment in case of the misbehavior or the incapability to catch-up in class. In this case, we will refund the students an amount in relation to the classes taken in pro-rata calculation.

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Please send checks to Venturenix LAB. For any payment-related questions, please email course(at)venturenixlab.com.

We accept credit card instalment plan with service fee. For students with financial difficulties, we offer interest-free instalment plan too. Please email course(at)venturenixlab.com for more information.

Upon completion of a course, a certificate will be awarded to students to confirm your passing status. Students graduated with distinction will receive job referrals from our sister company, Venturenix Recruitment.

Most of our classes are conducted after work hours and on Saturday. The class schedule is designed to accommodate students with a full-time job, allowing them to retain their current job and develop a new career path simultaneously.

We understand that the journey towards a degree or certification can be challenging, but we believe that the effort invested in this journey is ultimately rewarding.

As such, we would like to remind all our students that once they have enrolled in a course, they are expected to see it through to completion. We do not offer refunds for course fees if enrolled students decide they no longer wish to pursue the course. This policy is in place to encourage our students to make a fully informed decision before committing to a course and to take their educational goals seriously.

At Venturenix LAB, we are committed to delivering high-quality courses to our students. We understand that sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a class may have to be cancelled. In such cases, we want to ensure that our students receive a fair and transparent refund policy.

Our policy of full refunds for cancelled classes is designed to provide our students with peace of mind when they enroll in a course with us. We understand that our students invest their time and resources in pursuing their educational goals, and we want to honor that investment by providing a fair and transparent refund policy.

In the event of a cancelled class, we will notify our students as soon as possible and work with them to provide alternative options or transfer their enrollment to another course, subject to availability. If no viable alternative is available or if the student chooses not to transfer their enrollment, we will make a full refund to the student within 30 days.

Venturenix LAB is committed to providing a safe and conducive learning environment for all our students. We expect our students to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times. However, in the event of misbehavior or a medical reason, we reserve the right to withdraw a student's enrollment in a course.

Misbehavior includes but is not limited to disruptive behavior in class, harassment, and violation of our code of conduct. Medical reasons refer to a student's inability to participate in the course due to a medical condition or injury.

In the event of the withdrawal of a student's enrollment, we will refund the student's fees for the classes taken on a pro-rata basis. We believe in being fair and transparent in all our dealings with our students, and we want to ensure that they receive a fair refund for the classes they have attended.

We understand that the withdrawal of enrollment can be a difficult and disappointing experience for our students. However, we believe that maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment is essential for the benefit of all our students. We also understand that medical reasons can be unforeseeable and beyond a student's control. In such cases, we will work with our students to provide them with the necessary support and resources to overcome their challenges and continue their educational journey.

We do not issue visas or guarantee that potential students can obtain visas. Nevertheless, we can provide advice and guide you in the right direction.
